ART TOS

I HAVE FULL RIGHT TO DENY OFFERS THAT MAKE ME UNCOMFY/THAT I CANT DO!I have permission to upload any piece on my socials or use them as examplesplease dont repost my art unless you give credit/link to me (please only credit @/cosmocilantro)I ALLOW MAKING MY ART INTO PHYSICAL ITEMS! (badges, posters, pins, prints, etc) just dont sell them or claim it as ur own art! (Please ask for permission for this before hand aswell.)NO USING MY ART FOR COMMERCIALS / ADVERTISEMENTS!I DO NOT allow my art being used for ai training, nfts or anything of that matter

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

I CURRENTLY TAKE PAYMENTS IN: paypal, kofi, robux (gamepass/giftcard), 10$ nitro , giftcards (amazon, uber, skip, prepaid)
I take USD and CAD (USD preferred)Please ask if a specific payment method is available on a Commission unless its specified that it isPrices are based mostly on complexity/difficultyI only take payment upfront or after a WIP is sentholds are a max 1-2 weeks for all payment methodsPayment methods that are non refundable: robux, nitro, giftcardsIf you want a refund, you will be returned only 50% IF any progress on your piece is done already, but if no progress has been made, you well get a full refundIf a robux refund is needed it may only be done via the gamepass method, and you may not receive tax, only the amount i earned

PROCESS/INFO

(Depending on the commission and if i have other commissions to do) i try to be quick (never rushing myself though.) ,i apologize if i end up taking a very long time on a piece.In that matter, Do not rush me, my life situation currently is a bit busy (school, job, family, etc)if you ever need straight forward updates due to me taking extra time, i will 100% be willing to update you.I will usually always send a WIP of your piece, and ask if it needs changes or anything, changes will only be made after payment is received, if you request changes to be made when the piece is finished it must only be small changes.Please do not send payment untill everything is fully confirmed.if you dont respond to the sketch within a month or two, your commission well be cancelled.

Here are the three styles you may choose from! (Currently)

  • My art is a bit flexible so warning that there might be slight changes to the style im using!

  • You may ask for a specific lineart style/brush to be used depending on said style! (Like a pixel brush or a smoother brush being used!)

Everything is captioned as to what its supposed to be!When something is said to be “detailed” it just means its more experimental/different then my normal “simple shade” and “rendered”(Pwyw comms only) you may ask me to do a specific style from a piece you see here / reference off of a piece here!
